On Saturday at 10:20 pm my grandfather passed away. He was a man of great courage and determination and fought till the very end. I am dedicating my IM Fl to him since exercise was one of the most important things to him. I spent a huge part of my childhood with him and will always have the outermost fond memories with him. I will try to remember him happy and healthy, and not suffering in the hospital.

I am sorry to hear that. Both of my grandfathers passed away a number of years ago. One of them, on my mother's side I lived with for 5 years when I was in elementary school. It was difficult loss. Both of them were difficult
Such a tough thing to go through but I think it's great that you are going to race IM FL in his honor. That will make crossing the finish line that much more special!
